Our Dalby site in Sweden is the Nordic region’s largest producer of mayonnaise, made from Swedish rapeseed oil, which we press ourselves at our refinery in Karlshamn. This unique oil contributes to the excellent consistency and nutritional value of our mayonnaises.
Swedish rapeseed is a core ingredient too in a vast range of our other products produced here, including frying oils, cooking oils, speciality oils and butter alternatives. In addition, we produce a range of dressings and sauces for our own foodservice brands Rapsona, Albaoil and Prep, as well as for leading private label brands across Foodservice.
We have produced margarine at Dalby since 1934, making everything from private label products to our own brand Rapsona. All our margarines are produced with RSPO segregated certified palm oil.
Dalby’s Customer Innovation Centre provides a fantastic, well equipped space for product innovation and customer co-development. Our Customer Innovations team is committed to research and development and works tirelessly with customers to find solutions – either from our existing product range, or by co-developing something new.
