Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix the Lion Onion Gravy granules and boiling water to desired consistency
Place the Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray and start by putting a few spoons of the Lion Onion Gravy into the pudding.
Next add the chicken, stuffing and the potato and veg of your choice filling just over half the pudding.
Pour over some more of the Lion Onion Gravy but not too much for it to ooze out.
Now fold over the pudding to create an oval parcel, tucking the one side into the other. You might need to secure the pudding in position with some cocktail sticks.
Brush the outer edges of the puddings with some Original Whirl Butter Alternative and place on a lined baking tray.
Place in the over for 10-12 minutes till golden and crisp.
Serve with a jug of Lion Onion Gravy on the side.
