Ingredients
  • 2tsp Lion French Mustard
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2tbs white wine vinegar
  • 8tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and white pepper to taste

  1. Place all the ingredients in a glass jar and shake vigorously to combine season to taste with sea salt and white pepper.
