Method

  1. Decorate the plate with Lion Raspberry Coulis and Lion Mango Coulis and smashed biscuits.

  2. Add a generous dollop of Greek Yoghurt followed by Lion Peach & Maple Compote. Top with fresh fruit and serve as a healthy dessert or breakfast.
