  • 4lg hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2tbs Lion Sour Cream and Chive Dressing
  • 2tbs chopped chives
  • Sea salt and white pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix together. Season with a little sea salt and pepper.

  2. Use to fill a sandwich or as a jacket potato topper.
