Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a tray with parchment paper.
Brush both sides of the tortillas with the Original Whirl Butter Alternative and place on the prepared baking tray bake for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Prepare the avocados by lightly smashing the flesh with juice from ½ the lime and a little salt and pepper.
Meanwhile season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat some Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a skillet and fry the steaks for a couple of minutes on each side - adjust time as required depending on requirments.
Top the crispy tostada (toasted tortilla) with a few coriander leaves, a spoonful of Lion Cool Salsa Sauce, smashed avocado, and top with the strips of steak, pickled onion and a little sour cream.
Serve with a drizzle of Lion Very Hot Chilli Sauce and a wedge of lime.
