Ingredients
  • 4tbs Lion Ranch Dressing
  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 4 spring onions chopped
  • 4tbs cheddar cheese grated plus extra to sprinkle over the top

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

  2. Cut the baked potatoes in half and scoop out the centre.

  3. In a bowl combine the Lion Ranch dressing, spring onions and cheese.

  4. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and sprinkle the top with some extra cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until hot and the cheese has melted.
