Ingredients
  • 100g Lion Caesar Dressing
  • 1 tin of drained tuna chunks
  • 300g cooked cold pasta (wheat)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • Small tin drained sweetcorn
  • 60g parmesan cheese shavings
  • 40g toasted cashew nuts
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves sliced

Method

  1. Mix together the pasta, sweetcorn, tuna, tomatoes, lettuce and Lion Caesar Dressing.

  2. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese shavings and cashew nuts and serve.
