  • 2tbs Lion Prawn Cocktail Sauce
  • 2tbs Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce
  • 200g defrosted cold water prawns
  • 2 freshly baked potatoes
  • 2tbs Whirl butter alternative

Method

  1. Combine the Lion Prawn Cocktail sauce and the Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce. Stir in the defrosted prawns.

  2. Cut into the freshly baked jacket potato across both ways and squeeze gently at the base to open. Top with a tablespoon of Whirl butter alternative followed by the Piri Piri prawn cocktail.
