3 Bean Sticky BBQ Chilli Burger Lion Sticky BBQ with product
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Lion Grill Blazin’ Sweet BBQ sauce
  • 1 ÂĽ cups canned cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained (white kidney beans)
  • 1 ÂĽ cups canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ÂĽ cups canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 fresh red chilli, deseeded
  • 4 shallots, diced
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • ½ cup vegan breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Oasis Butter Alternative or GreenOasis Plant Butter(vegan)
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 vegan brioche burger buns
  • Burger garnish as desired
Method
  1. Place Lion Grill Blazin’ Sweet BBQ Sauce, beans, chilli, shallots, breadcrumbs, cilantro and salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse till mixed together but still chunky.

  2. Shape into 6 burger patties and chill for 1h in the refrigerator.

  3. Heat the Oasis Butter Alternative or GreenOasis Plant Butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side until heated through.

  4. Serve on a brioche burger bun with a garnish of your choice.

  5. Try GreenOasis Plant-based Mayo or Chipotle Mayo.
