Trend of the month: Salad Dressings

Salads are not complete without a dressing – and it turns out globally-inspired sauces are leading the way when it comes to leaf-topping trends.
According to Datassential, research has found that diners opt for flavors from around the world.
Hailing from Europe, creamy garlic aioli, zingy Greek vinaigrette and tangy balsamic glazes are top choices, as well as smooth tahini and hot harissa from North Africa and the Middle East.
Spicy sriracha – a staple of Vietnamese cuisine – ranks highly, as does the fresh, vibrant chimichurri from South America.
