It’s a medium duty frying oil which makes it perfect for wholesalers and caterers who are frying chips regularly or a range of chicken, fish, breaded or battered items more frequently. It is liquid at room temperature and can therefore be used in either gas or electric fryers. It is easy to pour and filter.

Prep Multi Plus is medium duty frying oil made from rapeseed oil and RSPO Segregated Sustainable (SG) palm oil. Both oils are perfect for frying - stable at high temperature, and resistant to oxidation. Rapeseed oil is uniquely low in saturated fatty acids, and palm oil is the world's most productive oil crop, which makes it a very sustainable choice, if responsibly sourced.
